It's far from the only similarity between myself and Justin Timberlake, but for now, it's the most relevant. You see, we've both been insync. He the boy band, me the magazine. I got this call from Spencer, one of Sync's writers, and he said he wanted to do a story on me, and of course I said you bet. However, I never thought it would turn into what it did. I didn't even know if and when the story would run, then surprise, surprise. I pull up to San Francisco Bread Co., get out of my car, and there I am, on the dadgum front page. It was just weird. I've got more of a radio face, so to see myself all over town in these little boxes is a bit of a strange deal. Here's the cool part, or I guess it's the God part--we had around 8 people visit our preview experience this past Sunday from seeing that article--people who would maybe have never known about THECITYCHURCH if it weren't for that story. Unbelievable! Thanks to Spencer for the great story and to Shannon for Photoshopping the heck out of those pics to make them cover-worthy. And hey, JT, I was bringing sexy back when you were still in the Mickey Mouse Club, so find another cause. That one's taken.
